AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping for orders over $150 delivered in 2-8 business days.

Orders under $150 will incur a flat rate fee of $10 for standard shipping.

You can opt for express shipping at checkout for $15.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please lodge a late item enquiry with your corresponding delivery company, or contact our customer care team at info@sereinthelabel.com 

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Free pickups are available for most styles at our Zetland Store by appointment. Please choose this option at checkout and your order will usually be ready for collection within 3 business days.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS to schedule your pickup time.

 

INTERNATIONAL

SEREIN ships to many countries worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.

SEREIN uses reputable shipping service providers including international partners of Australia Post.

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please note during busy periods of high demand, delivery times may take an additional day.
